REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Because of the nature of fast food collection, refunds are given at the sole discretion of HJM Caterers.
Once an order has been placed and collected, you must contact us directly should you have any complaints. The catering team must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day as the collection.

Online payments & refunds

If you change your mind for whatever reason, we are happy to refund the order placed so long as it is greater than 24 hours. Any request for a refund less than 24 hours before collection is due will not be accepted and full payment will be taken.

Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
